How to Convert Metric Tonnes to Kilopounds
Example: How many kilopounds are equivalent to 25.18 metric tonnes?
As;
1 metric tonnes = 2.20462 kilopounds
25.18 metric tonnes = Y kilopounds
Assuming Y is the answer, and by criss-cross principle;
Y equals 25.18 times 2.20462 over 1
(i.e.) Y = 25.18 * 2.20462 / 1 = 55.5123316 kilopounds
Answer is: 55.5123316 kilopounds are equivalent to 25.18 metric tonnes.
