**Inch Cube** (abbreviations: **in3, or ci**): is the volume of a cube with each of its three dimensions (length, width, and depth) being one inch long.

## How to Convert US Gallons to Inches Cube

*Example: How many inches cube are equivalent to 46.1 US gallons?*

As;

1 US gallons = 231 inches cube

46.1 US gallons = Y inches cube

Assuming Y is the answer, and by criss-cross principle;

Y equals 46.1 times 231 over 1

(i.e.) Y = 46.1 * 231 / 1 = 10649.1 inches cube
