Day (abbreviations: dy, or d): is a unit of time. In common usage, it is either an interval equal to 24 hours or daytime, the consecutive period of time during which the Sun is above the horizon. As well, it is equivalent to a solar day, the period of time during which the Earth completes one rotation with respect to the Sun.
How to Convert Hours to Days
Example: How many days are equivalent to 45.09 hours?
As;
1 hours = 0.041666666666667 days
45.09 hours = Y days
Assuming Y is the answer, and by criss-cross principle;
Y equals 45.09 times 0.041666666666667 over 1
(i.e.) Y = 45.09 * 0.041666666666667 / 1 = 1.87875 days
Answer is: 1.87875 days are equivalent to 45.09 hours.
