Day (abbreviations: dy, or d): is a unit of time. In common usage, it is either an interval equal to 24 hours or daytime, the consecutive period of time during which the Sun is above the horizon. As well, it is equivalent to a solar day, the period of time during which the Earth completes one rotation with respect to the Sun.
Minute (abbreviations: min, or m): is a unit of time or of angle. As a unit of time, the minute is the first sexagesimal fraction (equivalent to 1/60) of an hour, or 60 seconds.
How to Convert Days to Minutes
Example: How many minutes are equivalent to 62.05 days?
As;
1 days = 1440 minutes
62.05 days = Y minutes
Assuming Y is the answer, and by criss-cross principle;
Y equals 62.05 times 1440 over 1
(i.e.) Y = 62.05 * 1440 / 1 = 89352 minutes
Answer is: 89352 minutes are equivalent to 62.05 days.
