Bar (abbreviation: bar): is a metric (still not approved by the International System of Units, SI) unit of pressure. It is exactly equal to 100,000 Pa and slightly lower than the current average atmospheric pressure on Earth, at sea level.
Atmosphere (abbreviation: atm): is a unit of standard pressure, equal to 101325 Pa, or 1.01325 bar.
How to Convert Bars to Atmospheres
Example: How many Atmospheres are equivalent to 91.34 Bars?
As;
1 Bars = 0.987167 Atmospheres
91.34 Bars = Y Atmospheres
Assuming Y is the answer, and by criss-cross principle;
Y equals 91.34 times 0.987167 over 1
(i.e.) Y = 91.34 * 0.987167 / 1 = 90.16783378 Atmospheres
Answer is: 90.16783378 Atmospheres are equivalent to 91.34 Bars.
