Atmosphere (abbreviation: atm): is a unit of standard pressure, equal to 101325 Pa, or 1.01325 bar.
Pascal (abbreviations: Pa, or N/m2): is the SI derived unit of pressure used to quantify internal pressure, stress, Young's modulus and ultimate tensile strength. It is one newton per square meter. It is named after the French polymath Blaise Pascal.
How to Convert Atmospheres to Pascals
Example: How many pascals are equivalent to 81.01 Atmospheres?
As;
1 Atmospheres = 101325 pascals
81.01 Atmospheres = Y pascals
Assuming Y is the answer, and by criss-cross principle;
Y equals 81.01 times 101325 over 1
(i.e.) Y = 81.01 * 101325 / 1 = 8208338.25 pascals
Answer is: 8208338.25 pascals are equivalent to 81.01 Atmospheres.
