## How to Convert Yards to Inches

As;

1 yards = 36 inches

29.99 yards = Y inches

Assuming Y is the answer, and by criss-cross principle;

Y equals 29.99 times 36 over 1

(i.e.) Y = 29.99 * 36 / 1 = 1079.64 inches
