## How to Convert Meters to Yards

*Example: How many yards are equivalent to 11.6 meters?*

As;

1 meters = 1.093613 yards

11.6 meters = Y yards

Assuming Y is the answer, and by criss-cross principle;

Y equals 11.6 times 1.093613 over 1

(i.e.) Y = 11.6 * 1.093613 / 1 = 12.6859108 yards

Answer is: 12.6859108 yards are equivalent to 11.6 meters.
