**Definitions:**

**Gram Per Milliliter** (abbreviations: **g/ml, or gpml**): is an SI derived unit of density, defined by mass in grams divided by volume in cubic milliliters and equivalent to gram per cubic centimeter.

**Kilogram Per Cubic Meter** (abbreviations: **kg/m3, or kgpm3**): is an SI derived unit of density, defined by mass in kilograms divided by volume in cubic metres.

## How to Convert Grams Per Milliliters to Kilograms Per Cubic Meters

*Example: How many kilograms per cubic meters are equivalent to 62.1 grams per milliliters?*

As;

1 grams per milliliters = 1000 kilograms per cubic meters

62.1 grams per milliliters = Y kilograms per cubic meters

Assuming Y is the answer, and by criss-cross principle;

Y equals 62.1 times 1000 over 1

(i.e.) Y = 62.1 * 1000 / 1 = 62100 kilograms per cubic meters

Answer is: 62100 kilograms per cubic meters are equivalent to 62.1 grams per milliliters.
