**Definitions:**

**Gram Per Cubic Centimeter** (abbreviations: **g/cm3, or gpcm3**): is an SI derived unit of density, defined by mass in grams divided by volume in cubic centimetres and equivalent to gram per milliliter.

**Newton Per Cubic Meter** (abbreviations: **N/m3, or Npm3**): is an SI derived unit of density, defined by mass in newton divided by volume in cubic meter

## How to Convert Grams Per Cubic Centimeters to Newton Per Cubic Meters

*Example: How many newton per cubic meters are equivalent to 12.1 grams per cubic centimeters?*

As;

1 grams per cubic centimeters = 9806.65 newton per cubic meters

12.1 grams per cubic centimeters = Y newton per cubic meters

Assuming Y is the answer, and by criss-cross principle;

Y equals 12.1 times 9806.65 over 1

(i.e.) Y = 12.1 * 9806.65 / 1 = 118660.465 newton per cubic meters

Answer is: 118660.465 newton per cubic meters are equivalent to 12.1 grams per cubic centimeters.
