**Inch Square** (abbreviations: **in2, or si**): (plural: square inches) is a unit of area, equal to the area of a square with sides of one inch.

## How to Convert Yards Square to Inches Square

*Example: How many inches square are equivalent to 98.8 yards square?*

As;

1 yards square = 1296 inches square

98.8 yards square = Y inches square

Assuming Y is the answer, and by criss-cross principle;

Y equals 98.8 times 1296 over 1

(i.e.) Y = 98.8 * 1296 / 1 = 128044.8 inches square

Answer is: 128044.8 inches square are equivalent to 98.8 yards square.
