## How to Calculate Volume Of Prism

*Example: What is the volume of prism with no-of-sides = 6 units, side-size = 17 units and altitude = 21 units?*

As;

volume of prism = no-of-sides*(side-size)^{2}/(4*tan(180/no-of-sides))*altitude

By substituting the above given data in the previous function;

(i.e.) = 6*(17)^{2}/(4*tan(180/6))*21

Answer is: units^{3}.
