## How to Calculate Volume Of Prism

### Example: What is the volume of prism with no-of-sides = 3 units, side-size = 20 units and altitude = 23 units?

As;

volume of prism = no-of-sides*(side-size)2/(4*tan(180/no-of-sides))*altitude

By substituting the above given data in the previous function;

(i.e.) = 3*(20)2/(4*tan(180/3))*23
